Dr Rejoice is the senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the financial services  sector and successfully delivered and implemented over 35 projects to date.

She is an international Positive Role Model and award-winning, certified coach and facilitator who is socially motivated with the desire to inspire individuals to realize their full potentials the right way by developing talents and ensuring that they become the best assets in their respective communities and fields that helps them to take great pride in creating a positive environment as professionals and individuals with a growth and creativity mindset.

She is a  member of the 30% Club,  Institute of Directors-Ghana (M-IoD), the Chartered Project Management Consultant (Ch.PMC), Chartered Institute of Business Administrators (CABA)-Canada, Chartered Association of Business Administrators (Ch.BA), Chartered Institute of Business Administrators-Canada and the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB-Gh).
