Karen heads PwC Mauritius People & Organisation (P&O) function, with a strong focus on Global Payroll Services and P&O Consulting, supporting her clients to attract, develop and retain talent.

Karen has been part of the PwC family for more than 10 years. She relocated to Mauritius with her husband and two boys in 2017. Before joining PwC Mauritius, she was part of the P&O team specialising in Employment Solutions with PwC South Africa. She started her career in the Tax practice of another Big-4 in 2003.
