Mehsana is a seasoned professional, counting over 15 years of experience in the financial industry globally, with specialisation in offshore business structuring, banking, legal and end to end management of offshore companies across several offshore jurisdictions.

Mehsana started her career in retail banking and thereafter moved to serve in an international offshore management company. Her responsibilities varied from company structuring, banking, company formation, administration and handling of legal assignments. She also had a portfolio of private wealth clients who required their assets to be managed through trust structures they had internationally. Mehsana has also been assisting a portfolio of expatriates looking for immigration options in Mauritius. She pursued her career later in offshore banking at State Bank of Mauritius as Manager where she catered for the banking requirements of a portfolio of offshore corporates comprehensively. She also represented the bank by attending several international conferences.

Mehsana Hosenbocus is the founder of AcuFin Corporate Limited (“AcuFin), a Mauritius based company duly licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius with a management license. The license enables the set-up and administration of a panoply of different offshore structures in Mauritius and for AcuFin to act as a regulated and licensed Trustee.

Mehsana has a legal background and holds an LLB degree Honours with the University of London as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mancosa University. Mehsana is a member of Women in Finance and Investment Network and The BoardRoom.
