Eight U.S. women will receive grants of $10,000 each while 18 total grants, ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 in Canadian dollars will be awarded in Canada.
In addition, six women-owned businesses across North America will be recognized for their contribution to social, environmental and/or economic sustainability through their organizations’ policies, practices or products.
An advisory panel of judges comprised predominantly of women will assist with the grant recipient selection process.
